Refund and Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed (Tshirt), and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with any attached tags still intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized t-shirts (e.g., with custom prints or designs) are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@shiftgear.co.za or contact us via contact us form to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number and details about the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return steps and issue you a return shipping label (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If you prefer an exchange for a different size or design, please contact our customer service for assistance.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your wall art or t-shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
