Delivery Questions
Orders will be shipped within 10 days from placing of order, we do not keep stock on hand and is manufactured upon request.
Shipping will depend on the size of the product as well as the location.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout
After we produce and ship your metal silhouette, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where you will find your Courier guy tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
Product Questions
Each metal silhouette comes with a hanger attached to the back for easy hanging on a nail or hook.
We laser cut our silhouettes from 2 mm thick steel, hand polish them to ensure the product’s durability, and cover them in black matte, ensuring a look that’s both minimalistic and tailored to last a lifetime.
Lastly, the hanger is attached to the back of the silhouette, so it can be hung with just a single nail. In addition, we also put two 1.6 cm long screws on each side to give the silhouette a 3D look.
Yes! All of our silhouettes are fully covered with waterproof powder coating, which ensures that your silhouette does not start rusting even if it rains.
Powder coating is a dry finishing process created by an electric charge that causes a dry powder to fuse to the surface of the metal. It is used to create a hard finish that is tougher than regular paint. Powder coating is also resistant to chipping, scratching, and water.
